help needed whenever I add new picture to the gallery the slide show does not show up and I get all the time same “this slideshow requires javascript ” error eventhough the oter pages I have is fine with the slideshow

May be it helps but I used 5 different computers all I got the same result so it is not the users java settings so pls check the bug

I think this is an issue with the slideshows that staff need to fix. I’ll flag it for them.

Hello there,
Are you aware that Staff provide support for 31 million? Please be patient and also note that when we create a support ticket by contacting Staff they have a backlog. They deal with the support tickets with the earliest dates first. So if we contact them more than once of the same issue the date moves forward and it takes longer to get help. -
Your answer does not solve my problem , this is not a professional helpdesk approach , I have not given a ticket number so I could follow, I am just waiting the cyber space, this is more than a week this problem occurs and more than 5 days I have written down here, if you supply more staff you can give better service, if this is the issue of course.As a result we buy a product and a service so I am waiting a solution.

Then your support ticked was entered. Do not reply to that email or you go back to the end of the line.
Seriously, to avoid this, just use a Flickr slideshow.

I escaped from flickr and/or other web site hosting companies be cause worpress serves all.

I use my blog as a website and at every data entrance if my settings crash I can not serve anything to my customers and I do not want to use some healy bealy cheap alternatives. But for the last one week I could not get any solution and getting mad , and can not upload pictures because of the know problem, what will happen to the slide shows will they all crash at every picture upload?
