    I am trying to renew a number of upgrades such as Custom Design and No Add on my blogs, some of which expire in a 4 days.
    I get a message:
    “This subscription is no longer active on your account, if you would like to keep this upgrade please re-purchase it.”

    What does that mean? What am I supposed to do?

    You must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard.
    Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades

    I am logged in as the admin. I was able to renew some upgrades but not others.

    Exactly which upgrades did you purchase?
    Exactly which upgrades did another official user of the blog purchase for it?

    The problem occurred on Custom Design and No Ads. on two blogs.
    On the most urgent one which expires in 2 days it accepted credit card details for automatic renewal. But since it didn’t work manually I’m worried it will not work automatically.

    The other two expire in 2 months.

    On none of my upgrades does “Renew now” now appear..

    All previous upgrades should have been done with this account that I am posting as.

    Sorry about the trouble you experienced. I can see that the credit card you used on the Custom Design upgrade had expired. Kindly go back to this page:

    https://blogmawrcymru.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=my-upgrades

    And click on “Enable Auto Renew” under the Custom Design upgrade to provide your new credit card details.

    Please do the same for the No Ads upgrade here:

    Should none of these work, I’d be happy to assist you in renewing the upgrades and have you pay for them via a manual payment request.

    Thanks. The upgrade expiring tomorrow has now been renewed successfully.
    I added new card details to the other upgrades but when I tried to purchase Visa declined the transaction.

    They keep doing this, its something to do with the foreign exchange fee.

    Could you kindly clarify what you meant by the foreign exchange fee?

    Additionally, a quick call to your bank telling them about your purchase on WordPress.com should sort out the problems you had with your credit card. Note that it’s also possible to pay using a debit card with the Mastercard or Visa logo on it. If you’re using Paypal funds, make sure that you have enough funds to cover the cost of the upgrade.

    I’m not sure what the problem is but several times Visa have blocked transactions.
    One theory is that it is to do with paying in dollars on a UK card. It’s a corporate credit card so that’s the only way we can pay.
    Yes we can get it resolved but then it just happens again next time.

    It would be so much easier if we could pay for everything in one go or by invoice (but we not pay for upgrades we don’t use as are in the packages).

    Unfortunately, upgrades on different blogs cannot be paid in one go. You can, however, pay for these via a manual payment request that I can prepare for you if you wish. Just let me know which upgrades you’d like and for which blogs to apply them to.

    My domain nembasf.org expired 3 days ago and there is NO auto renew button I click on the little notification that pops up and there is a button there to renew but it takes me back to the renewal page that has no button or ability to renew. Vicious cycle that has not results. PLEASE HELP ME PAY FOR MY RENEWAL
