This transaction cannot be processed

    Hi,

    I already owned a domain and tried to map using WordPress domain mapping service. After I entered my domain, it will redirect me to the secure payment page. After finished entering all the details and click ‘pay$13’ button, it will say that ‘This transaction cannot be processed’.

    The details:
    Domain purchased from 3rd party: ariffahhartanah.com
    Payment method used: Visa debit card

    Please help on this matter.

    Hi there. Have you checked whether PayPal is supported in your country? Credit cards from countries where PayPal isn’t supported can’t be used for WordPress.com purchases.

    It is possible to buy a prepaid debit/credit card from another country and then use that to make your purchase, but I’ve no idea how one goes about actually doing that.
