'this transaction can't be processed'

    I’m trying to purchase a premium subscription for $99. My bank account is in good order, but i get the message ‘this transaction can’t be processed’. Any ideas?

    Hello –

    Is there another card you can try? If not, you will want to contact your bank as they may be blocking the transaction.

    You can also submit payment via PayPal.
