"This video is being processed"

  Good Afternoon,

  I uploaded a video (.mov) on Friday night and left for the weekend. I just came home and the video was still “being processed”. I now uploaded a second video of the same video and it is in the same state.

  I payed for the premium package (99.99) that has videopress.

  I really need to get this video up asap. If anybody has any insight please let me know.
