This webpage has a redirect loop

  Hi There,

  I already paid for premium plan and linked to my domain name(www.psikiyatrigunlugu.net)
  I do not why but http://www.psikiyatrigunlugu.net give “This webpage has a redirect loop” error.
  Thus I deleted the website on wordpress last week. And I have tried to add a new website with same domain name again today.
  But it asked payment for that again. Can you please help me to dolve that problems?

  Hi there,

  The redirect loop is a temporary problem that occurs if you previously had a domain redirecting to a blog and then mapped that domain. It will be resolved when the domain servers update, which could take up to 72 hours. The redirect loop should cease soon, but let me know if you are unable to visit your site after 72 hours.

  Since you paid twice, I refunded one of the $99 charges back to you. It should take 7-10 days for your bank statement to reflect those charges.

  Feel free to let me know if you have any other questions or if the redirect loop does not resolves after 72 hours.

  Hi, I also paid 13USD for use my domain name with wordpress. Can you please refund it to?

  Can I also ask that are you support external administration of DNS ?

  Yes, I have just refunded $13 to you for the domain mapping

  Definitely – you can create custom dns settings that allow third party host to handle the dns records:

  Hi there,

  No I removed the premium plan from psikiyatrigunlugudotnet.wordpress.com, the site that has been deleted.

  It may have been when I removed the mapping subscription. Try your site again, it should work now. You have been refunded the mapping amount, since it is a part of the premium plan you purchased.
