    this website is down. We have lost our IT guy and need upgrade to have WP handle maintenance etc. Can WP do it all maintenance, host, etc. email me [redacted] or call [redacted] thanks.

    We could help you move the site to our services so we can help with maintenance and hosting, but the site would have to be functioning first.

    Can you confirm the site is americanenergyproject.com ? Or is it something else? Let us know and we’ll point you in the right direction for help.

    Also, we aren’t in a call center, so I redacted your phone number so no one will call you pretending to be us.

    Hi, Thanks for your reply. The website is americanenergyproject.org not .com.
    Somehow our PW does not work and when I go to reset it the email does not come to me. Any suggestions?

    Hi Al, honestly I can’t even tell for sure that the site uses WordPress, because there are errors preventing it from loading all the way.

    But I can see it’s hosted with aplus.net. Are you able to get in touch with them about regaining access to the hosting account? They may be able to help you make a current backup and restore a working backup, too, or sort out the errors you’re seeing.

    Once you’ve got the site working, we’ll have a clearer idea of what you’ve got and how it can be moved here.

    Hmm. So did this happen with an update? If possible, are they able to make a backup of what you have now, then restore a working backup from just before this started?
