This website is no longer live and I need your help for the hosting to be refunded

  Hello There

  I set up a start up last year and the company folded in August 2020 as the entrepreneurs I was working with didn’t pay me and I ended up paying for the hosting for the year and this has now just left my account again a few days ago when they had told me it was cancelled and I am now in absolute stress as I got made redundant months ago and have no money and now have this £432.00 to pay for something I never authorized for another payment. The transaction code is [redacted] and the url is stepstosuccessuk.com. The payment has been taken from my personal credit card and not any of the business owners for this company.

  Hi @gbpascas, I’m sorry to hear this! I think we’ll be able to get that payment taken care of. Just to confirm, though, are you able to log into the account you used to set up the site and make the charge? And are they able to log into it, too?

  Lastly, are there other accounts that were set up this way, where you used your card to pay on behalf of your client? Let us know so we can help you get those set up properly.
