  My website disappeared and I get this message when I try to access it.   we can’t help as your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform but is hosted by Google.

  As your site is self-hosted, you must solve problems yourself. You find all info at https://wordpress.org/

  FYI if your site had been running on the wordpress.com platform, you would get almost 24h/7d support.

  Hi

  I can help you fix it. Please deactivate the add on plugin by going to files-> plugins->astra-addon and rename it to astra-addon-old. you’ll be able to access backend of the website

  For anyone else who might hit this issue (I see a LOT of sites with this error on a quick Google search); it is an error with the Astra Addon plugin (used to support the Astra theme). It happened in version 4.1.0 and was subsequently fixed in version 4.1.1.
  
  I just received a new client with the same issue. They had their website setup to receive automatic updates for plugins and themes. So, when the site auto-updated to version 4.1.0 of the astra addon plugin, the website broke with the PHP error. Since it was a critical error, the site could not auto-update for the version 4.1.1 fix.
  
  The solution is to manually download version 4.1.1 (or above) of the Astra Addon plugin. Then, you will need to manually copy it over to your file server, overwriting the old version. If you are not comfortable performing this update manually, PLEASE consult with an expert. ALWAYS take a backup before performing any file changes.
