Thomas T Blues Website – Cannot access WordPress Login nor Website

  Good morning. We cannot access Tom’s website neither by http://www.thomastblues.com nor by the WordPress login. We receive an error message: http error 500. Can you please assist.

  Hi, sorry to hear that. We can’t access the server though, because the site is not hosted here.

  These forums are for the free sites using our managed hosting service. Our service can be quite different from what you have as your own WordPress installation at another host.

  I’d recommend contacting your host to see if they have more information in their error logs, or whether they have a recent backup that may help. Otherwise, I’d recommend checking the support forum here:
