Those who were receiving blogs by email, now do not. Why?

Followers by email are not receiving the blogs. Also, how can I see list of those receiving blogs by email?

Can you let me details behind which of your followers aren’t receiving email notifications? I took a look over your blog’s settings and am not seeing anything that would block emails, so specific examples of usernames or emails would be helpful for me.
You can view all of your follower via the Followers sections of your Stats:

The dropdown at the top allows you to filter for WPCOM Followers and Emails Followers.
