  Hi, I thought I deactivated this account years ago. I also have been trying to all day and it will not let me. I can’t afford the charge it just used and would like to cancel it

  Thanks for writing to us. Even though you’re cancelling the paid plan, the site will still be available to you on the free option: cutebutcrude.wordpress.com.

  In order to issue a refund we need the bank issued payment dispute to be cancelled. It’s not possible for me to issue a refund until that is removed. Typically, the best way to do that is by calling them directly. Once that’s done, I will process a refund and it will reach you in about 10 days.

  Leaving the dispute in place will eventually result in a refund, but typically this can take 3 months or longer.
