Thanks for such a quick reply! Following your links I can see that I have been charged $48 and managed to get a refund of $22. Just really confused as to whats been refunded and what hasnt.

@deflashed it looks like the system was unclear on whether you wanted to keep the custom domain. If you cancel it, it will not be available again anytime soon at other hosts.
Still if you’ll confirm, we can make sure that’s cancelled fully so we can refund the rest.
