    Hi there,

    The mapping upgrade for the domain juliachoffman.com was bought using a different WordPress.com account. Please log in as that account and you’ll be able to renew the upgrade.

    Hello,

    I am the person that jchoffman61’s account ended up getting associated with. We were told in some other support message or thread that in order to switch the upgrade to her account from mine all we had to do was write and let them know. But they neglected to tell us who to write or give us an email or phone number. Can you please let us know how to move the mapping from my account to hers?

    Hi there,

    Your account is not a user on the site juliachoffman.com at all, but it is a different account that owns both the site and the domain. I cannot give the name of the site owner in the public forums, but if @jchoffman61 logs into her account and go to My Sites ->People she’ll see the username of the account that owns it.

    If that other account belongs to you, log in as that account. Then you transfer both the site and the domain mapping to @jchoffman61’s account via the My Blogs page in WP-admin and she’ll be able to renew the upgrade.
