  I want to know when will wordpress start supporting native threaded comments?

  Native threaded comments has been in WordPress since v2.7, but your theme needs to support threaded comments as well.

  Threaded comments has been supported in all themes at WordPress.com since February of 2009: http://en.blog.wordpress.com/2009/02/19/comment-threading-is-here-plus-other-cool-comment-settings/
