  I sent in a request for help in solving my not getting any comments. I went into my dashboard and clicked on discussions and everything pertaining to comments were checked. I clicked on comments, clicked on the drop down screen options. I see someone checked-use keyboard shortcuts for comment moderation-thank you.

  I got a reply back stating-Please start your own thread for further assistance. I’m sorry I don’t mean to be rude, but if I knew how to start a thread, I wouldn’t have had to ask how to start one, would I?
  How do you start a thread so I’ll be able to view, reply and delete my comments?

  You just started a new thread, so that’s progress.

  When you say you have “everything” ticked on the dashboard Discussion screen, please copy and paste here exactly what is selected. Because if literally everything is selected nothing shows.
