Threat of blog closure for terms of service violation – is this legit?

I received this email from a protonmail email address:

    Hello WordPress User,

You are receiving this notification to inform you that content recently posted to your blog violates our terms of service, and could result in a permanent ban from all services if not removed.  In order to maintain a safe platform for all of our users, we ask that you take a moment to review and edit your content to ensure it follows our best practices. If the offending content is not edited or removed within 24 hours, your account will be permanently deleted from our servers, and all data will be lost.  Click here https://bit.ly/see–the-content to make changes.

It seems suspect to me, as it doesn’t give me any clue as to what exactly is a violation of terms of service, and I suspect WordPress wouldn’t be using protonmail email addresses. When I hover over the link they provide to make changes, it shows the same link address. WordPress folks, if this is legitimately from y’all, please let me know specifically what content is problematic so that I can fix the problem. If it isn’t, let me know so I can breathe a little easier, because it’s never fun to hear that your account will be permanently deleted.

As a related question, my blog is self-hosted. Could WordPress delete all of my content permanently?

    Thanks!

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

This is obvious scam. Those bit.ly links hide the real malicious link.

That’s what I thought, and normally when I hover my mouse over a link that’s bogus, it will show me where it really directs to. I guess with bit.ly, the whole thing is masked. Thanks for confirming what I suspected.
