Threatening Email Messages

Hello,
I originally set up a business email ((email visible only to moderators and staff)) for my website, which automatically forwards all emails sent to it to my personal Gmail Account ((email visible only to moderators and staff)).
For the past 2 years I have been receiving threatening messages from a guy I used to know, the police have been involved and he has even done time in prison for his threatening behaviour towards myself and another individual.
However, he still sends me regular emails via my business email ((email visible only to moderators and staff)) as he knows I will receive them, as they get forwarded to my personal Gmail account.
As of December 1st 2017 my WordPress website [domain name redacted by mod] is no longer live, as I cancelled the subscription and have shut my business down completely because of this mans constant abuse.
I have tried to delete the email address associated with my business ((email visible only to moderators and staff)) but can not find a way to do this on my WordPress Admin site or anywhere else – please can you help me? I have tried doing it through Gmail but it says it was set up through WordPress, so I can’t do anything to stop the emails form him coming through.
Please can you help me to permanently delete the business email address?

Hi,
I see you’ve tagged ‘modlook’ for staff answer, someone will answer soon.
Till then: Log into your wordpress.com account.
Go to Domains, if you see “[redacted by mod]” there
Go to Name Servers and DNS
Go to DNS RecordsThere you will see a list of records.
Find any record that says “MX” and delete it by clicking the dustbin icon against it.Hope your troubles pass soon.

Since you have already canceled your domain any associated email address has been canceled as well.
Can you let me know if you’re still receiving forwarded emails from that address?

Yes I’m still receiving emails, even though I have cancelled the domain and totally deleted my WordPress site. I tested the email about an hour ago using an old email account to test it, and they are still coming through. I’m so stuck!
Any help is really appreciated!

Hi there, Just thinking aloud. Is it possible that your contact information is public somewhere, like in a domain registration?

I dug a little deeper and I was able to successfully remove any email forwards that were still active.
Can you please check this one more time and let me know if emails are still getting through?

Oh my goodness you are a GENIUS!! I just tried to email it using a totally new email address and got the Post Master message that said it was unable to deliver the message – thank you so, so much you’ve no idea how grateful I am!
