Three blogs with one admin

I am trying to set up a user/admin that will have three blogs. Each blog will have some differences (different people as editors, etc, some will be password protected and some won’t, etc.), but all will have the same admin that will have all editing and posting capabilities. What is the best way to go about doing this? Should I have three separate usernames and passwords for each blog and keep them all separate, or is it easiest to have one admin with three blogs under the admin? If I keep them all under one admin (ie one username and password for all 3 blogs), then can I password protect 2 and keep one public? Thanks.

I believe it’d be far easier to set up one admin with three blogs under that account.

In terms of password protection, do you want to password protect your blogs from your users or visitors? If you want one user (say, an editor) to only be able to edit one of your blogs, then only grant him/her access to that blog. Editors won’t automatically have access to all your blogs — they will only have access to the blog(s) that you grant them access to. If you want to password protect your blog from visitors, then you’ll need to follow the instructions listed here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings/
