THREE DAYS NO RESPONSE FROM YOU

    My problem is your support team is not getting back to me. I have emailed on here twice with a serious tech problem. MY EMAIL HAS STOPPED WORKING AND NO ONE ON YOUR END IS GETTING BACK TO ME WITH HELP. IT’S BEEN 3 DAYS!!!!!!!! WHY?!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Actually, we only have 3 requests from you, all sent 1 day ago.

    Though all 3 requests were the same, we replied to 2 of them yesterday. Here is the text from one of the replies:

    Could you try this?

    1. Go to Upgrades > Domains in your Dashboard.

    2. Click “Edit DNS” button on the right of your domain name.

    3. In the text box, paste the code below:

    MX 0 smtp.secureserver.net.
    MX 10 mailstore1.secureserver.net.

    4. Hit the save button.

    Please allow 4-8 hours for .COM and .NET domains and about 24-48 hours for all other domain extensions for these changes to complete.
