Three menu options in 'Argent'

Hello,
I have the ‘Argent’ theme and am trying to separate my writing samples into three categories. In the preview of Argent it has the three menu options below the main title of my site. I’m wondering how to get those to show on my site, and how to title the menus appropriately. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you!

Argent is a portfolio theme. To make your site look and behave like the demo, you must enable the portfolio feature.
