Three New users enter in my website

  Today, I discovered that three unauthorized users gained admin access to my website and posted irrelevant blogs. When attempting to delete these users, the screen displays an ‘This Page isn’t working (Error 500)’ message. Although the published data isn’t visible in the posts section, it still appears on the website. How can I address and fix this issue? Your assistance is greatly appreciated.
