Three problems at once.

I went on and the Main Toolbar which allows me to edit direct to my website has disappeared. Looked up how to get it back and it says that it may have been switched off for my user, so tried to go into the ‘People’ section but JetPack is telling me it needs to be installed when it already is. Don’t understand why, as I have installed the newer version only yesterday, but then cannot get into the bit to change. I have also tried to log in from my laptop, but forgot my password, so sent for a new one/changed it, and it won’t let me login, although I am still logged in on my computer. I still have access but it’s very limited as cannot edit anything due to no toolbar, can’t edit the fact that I have no toolbar, and can’t try and start again because it won’t remember my password!!! Please help.

    Hi there,
Let’s make it simple first make sure you remember the email address which you have used for register on WordPress.com after that go to login page click on login and you will able to see the option “Lost your password?” click on that and then follow the instructions given on that page.

I am not sure which toolbar you are talking about but once you log in your WordPress.com you’ll able to see the sites which you have created In My sites option or go to dashboard by just typing your website address.wordpress.com at the end type: /wp-admin

let me know if you need more help with that.
