Three Problems: Jetpack Protect, Not saving Update and site is not loading upon clicking from a search engine

  Good day,

  I would like to seek help for the 3 problems below:
  1. When I try to update my blog. It won’t save and will prompt a message: Updating failed. You are probably offline.
  2. When my blog appears in a search engine, it does not load and probably is offline. This started yesterday. However, if you directly type in my website, it will go through.
  3. Jetpack – when I try to activate the Protect feature it will say that it is not properly configured.

  Although your site is connected to WordPress.com via Jetpack, it is using the open-source WordPress.org software and you need to seek help at these forums:
