  Hi we used to have a site with Word Press and I don’t think we downloaded the contents at the time. Is there a way to retrieve it and maybe reinstate it?

  Hello there,

  Your site threeonawire.com is not hosted with WordPress.com whereas this forum deals with sites hosted through WordPress.com.

  The WordPress.com and WordPress.org sites are completely different: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org

  Your hosting provider(GoDaddy in your case) may be able to help in this regard since WordPress.com has no control over sites hosted elsewhere.
