threr is no button of plugin ?

  hi guys
  this is my tools:

  as you see there is no button to add any plug-in ? also i cant upload ?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi. You can’t add plugins to a WordPress.com, which is why you don’t see that option. More info here:

  May I ask what the plugin was for please, in case we can suggest an alternative?

  any plug-in,for text or photo..etc
  before two or three years i open my first blog and that time i saw the button on my tools working fine //no problem at all//. but i change to blogger for a while so that time i for get it. so now when i open it its different ? so i open new one but same ?
  can i use widget from here:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/topic/widgets-sidebars/

  That was surely a self-hosted WordPress.org blog, which does not work like a WordPress.com-hosted blog. Please read the link I gave you before.

  Yes, because those are widgets, not plugins.
