Threshold number views per week

  Hi,
  when I created my blog I encountered a link to a feature that essentially said that if you hit a certain number of views per week, there was a chance you could apply for adds to be shown on your blog for revenue. Now that that goal no longer seems unreachable, I was simply wondering where I can find this link again.
