thumbnail?

  How do I set up my page so instead of the link I am sharing in my blog being shown, that it actually shows a thumbnail of the video or pic? I want it for all of my blogs as it makes it easier for the user to identify which one they want to view.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
