  Hello! I have just posted a blog on my website and it’s automatically used one of the images in the blog as the thumbnail and the header text within the blog itself. How am I able to change it so that there is no thumbnail and no header image? Thank you!

  Your theme allows you to turn off “featured images” here: https://wordpress.com/customize/
