  Hi!

  Could you clarify what thumbnail you’re referring to? If you’re referring to the Gravatar (the image that accompanies your post here in the forums and alongside comments), could you try to upload a new one following the instructions here?

  If you’re still having trouble, could you please clarify if you’re receiving an error message or if the image is just not showing up?
