  Thumbnail image on my community Facebook page is a big WordPress “W” rather than an image from blog post. How can I change this?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there!

  I’m sorry to hear that! I just checked and found that your post was showing an image on Facebook, but it looks that it was manually shared – not through Publicize. Was this because when it was automatically shared via Publicize the image from your post was not pulled?

  Also, I have heard of this happening recently with another user, so I just wanted to figure out a little more details of why this is happening. Did it used to pull the images, and recently stopped? Or, did Publicize never pull the image?

  If it used to work and stopped recently, was there anything you did differently when publishing your post?

  Also, can you just confirm exactly which editor you are using? The classic editor:

  https://rachelsbirthfamilysearch.wordpress.com/wp-admin/post-new.php

  or the new editor:

  https://wordpress.com/post/
