thumbnail image that won't go away

  For some reason, the original image on my “About Kim” page continues to show up as the thumbnail whenever I post my website to another site, such as facebook, but it is not just a facebook issue, because I also see this thumbnail in my bookmarks toolbar. It’s a horrible photo that I deleted permanently from my media library.
