Thumbnail images showing up fuzzy/lo-res

  The thumbnail/’set product image’ for our products show up super low quality/resolution/fuzzy but once you click into the product, the resolution pops back up to normal. Tried downsizing, upsizing thumbnails etc. to no avail. Pls help – we’re going on sale sunday!
