Thumbnail pic when just posting website to Facebook, not blog

  I was trying to post a link to Facebook to my blog typing in http://www.neeljadeja.com and waiting for the link to automatically pop up, and it did, just without a thumbnail pic, preferably my Gravatar. Why is that? Does anybody know how to do that? Without having to go to wordpress dashboard? You know if you type a URL into your facebook status update, the link will popup with a thumbnail pic? Wrodpress doesnt do that,why? Help please?

  If you are sharing your blog URL, then Facebook may be pulling your blavatar image. You can set an image for your blog through WordPress admin –> Settings –> General –> Blog Picture / Icon.

  If you are sharing a blog post, then Facebook should be pulling an image that appears within your post.

  The Facebook Debugger tool can show you the information that Facebook pulls from your site. Try entering different URLs for your blog in the tool below:
