Thumbnail picture not displaying on Facebook app

    Hi – I don’t know if anyone else has experienced this problem and knows how to resolve it. When I post a link on Facebook to a WordPress post, the picture no longer displays on the Facebook app. This only started happening this week. It’s absolutely fine on the Facebook browser version, either on a desktop/laptop or on a phone, so it’s obviously not a problem with WordPress.

    It’s happening with both my blogs, so it’s not just one, and I’m using the same pictures I’ve always used, so it’s not that the pictures are too big or have got anything else wrong with them. Links to other websites display normally.

    So I’m assuming that there’s been some sort of update to the app which is causing the problem, but I wondered if anyone else had experienced this and knew how to resolve it.

    I haven’t noticed anything odd lately. When have you started seeing this?
    Have you shared all those posts to your Facebook profile or page? If it’s on the page, would you share a link so we can have a look?
