thumbnail problem

  Hi!
  I have changed my gravatar image. It had changed on every position except on my thumbnail (when I share a link to my blog). What shoul I do to change the thumbnail?

  You may be able to remedy that by uploading a gravatar and blavatar. See:

  It apeared. But, when someone shares a link to my blog as a thumbnail image a header image apears. I don’t wont that to happend, I wish that my gravatar image apears insted. I’ve tried to ‘fix’ this by adding my gravatar picture to featured image when I edit each post. But is there a way to set my gravatar image and not mi header image to apear as a thumbnail image for every ‘share link’ to my blog?

  I hope you’ve understand my question. English is not my mother tongue.
