Thumbnail problem

  No matter what i do i can’t seem to be able to change the icon of my blog on facebook, i am trying to share a specific article in my blod, but the thumbnail on facebook is the stock W, i changed my blavatar and my featured image with no luck, i shared my blog main page and the blavatar showed, but when i try to share my article there is no use, its only the stock W thumbnail.

  Unfortunately, we have no control over the images that Facebook chooses to display or when they choose to flush their image caches. We really only send them the URL of the post, and they hunt through that for the excerpt and images to include.
