Thumbnails all the same on recent post list, but show as being different in post

  Installed some plugins last night (PayPal Donation and Give Donations), I don’t recall changing anything else. However, it’s entirely possible that the problem has occurred for longer, and I just didn’t notice it.

  However, the thumbnails on the main page, are all the same, from the most recent one. I installed a plugin Post List Featured Image, and can see that each of the images have their own thumbnail. It’s just displaying the most recent one. I’ve since deactivated the two plugins, but still having the same problem.

  Any idea how to go about fixing this?

  How did you manage to make all the thumbnails the same size on the blog page?

  I made them all the same size when they’re created.
