Thumbnails catagory = bliss

  Hey everyone

  First off, thanks for a great blogsite and much more..
  I hope I make myself clear when I try to explain my idea (ohh yeah, hes got the rapping flow..)

  A picture that is shown on the website alongside the title of the latest blog entry.
  For example: The owner of the site should be able to upload small thumbnail pictures that fit the catagory of the post!

  I think I know what you’re talking about jjhh. You can do this on your own, but it takes a little bit of work.

  I’ve done a little something like that with a few types of posts that come up weekly on my site; it adds a nice visual element, and it allows my readers a simple way to search for those posts via the sidebar.

  But if you wanted to do that with each blog post, you’d have to:

  • create the thumbnails you want to use and upload them through the file manager,
  • find them each time you want to use them,
  • and you’d still have to select some categories for your posts, as the images aren’t tags — they’re just that visual element.
