Thumbnails in post disappared

  Hi
  My thumbnails in my posts have suddenly disappeared. They were fine just this morning, now I only have black boxes with a question mark. My blog: michami.wordpress.com.
  I am new to blogging so I may well be doing something obviously wrong.
