Thumbnails not working

  The Thumbnails are not working. I am offered only Title and Full size. Also, the first couple of times I tried to upload the file, when I clicked “upload” I got a message “Are you sure you want to do this?” I clicked yes and was in some sort of image browser. So something’s awry. (I’ll do feedback, too, of course.) Image is not so large that thumbnails are not allowed.
