Thumbnails on Blog Post Listing Page, without having it gigantic on the post

    How do I add Thumbnails on my Blog Post Listing Page, without having it appear gigantic as a header on the top of my Post Page?

    I found the “set feature image” but it automatically place the image so huge on the post page.

    Please someone help, even though I upgraded my plan to have the Support, nobody is coming back to me.
