Thumbnails on the Categories page

    Hello, I am hosted by Bluehost. Is there anyway to show the items on my blog Categories page as thumbnails? Would that change if I was hosted by WordPress itself? Which price plan would I need to be on to show the blog posts on the categories pages as thumbnails.
