  I would like to install a live ticker but have no idea how to do it. Cannot install it via plugins. Please help me. Thanks a lot

  Hey, it is not possible to install a plugin in WordPress.com (see here: en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/):

  Most WordPress.com users won’t find a Plugins tab in your dashboard. We include and configure the plugins for you, so you don’t need to worry about them.

  @hfzrhmn- That almost makes it sound like we can ask staff to install plug-ins for us, but that is certainly not the case on WordPress.com.

  @hrmotorsportnews – Most likely a ticker would require javascript and since we are on a shared environment here, there are certain code restrictions here. Please see these two support docs for more information:
