  Need to have a domain unmapped from one account and mapped to this account.

  As far as I can tell, you have still not transferred the mapping of my custom domain diannemarieandre.com from my other account, dja70, to this new account.

  All I see when I check out my blog page is the (email visible only to moderators and staff) name.

  This is getting very confusing. Please help me clear it up.

  I have two separate accounts. The login name for my first account is (email visible only to moderators and staff), user name dja70. The custom domain associated with that account is inandaroundthegarden.com.

  I purchased a second custom domain name from GoDaddy. I paid for an upgrade and mapped it under that user name. I then learned that in order for each of the domains to be primary, and for them to be independent of each other, I needed to create a second account – which I did – this account, dandre2014. I could not figure out how to map the domain diannemarieandre.com to this new account, as WP claimed it was already mapped to my other account. Since then I have been trying to get both my upgrade, AND my domain diannemarieandre.com, moved from dja70 to dandre2014.

  I have received several communications from WP staff, but this issue isn’t resolved. I opened a new ticket from the dandre2014 account as requested. I don’t know what else to do. Please let me know if there is any specific action I can take to solve this problem. Please look into this for me to see if you can resolve it.

  The custom domain diannemarieandre.com is associated with dandre2014.wordpress.com and is set as the site’s Primary Domain.

  This can be verified here:

  https://dandre2014.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=domains

  Regardless of which domain a user enters for this site, they will be directed towards diannemarieandre.com.

  Then why does my username, dandre2014, appear on the dashboard instead of my domain name, diannemarieandre.com?

  Why does this appear when I log out:
  dandre2014
  This WordPress.com site is the cat’s pajamas

  It should be my domain name, diannemarieandre.

  You need to change the Blog Title on the Settings->General page.
