Tiled Galleries not working

    Hello I have recently installed the Jetpack plugin and I am having a few issues trying to enable the Tiled Galleries when I activate this and go in to the settings section the button that I am ment to click to enable this Gallerie is not there I would also mention when I enable the Carousel that isnt there either

    can anyone help me.
