Tiled Gallery Using Jetpack
-
I have a few vertically oriented photographs that are showing up rotated horizontally on the iPhone and the iPad (both using Safari as the browser). I’m running Safari on my macBook, and it does not demonstrate this problem on the computer layout or the trial tablet and phone layouts under the dashboard. The images are displayed correctly under the edit option on my MacBook, but they are rotated if I’m under the edit option on my iPhone. I tried correcting the orientation from my iPhone, but that just rotated them into the incorrect position on my MacBook. I’m running Jetpack, WordPress 4.7, and using the theme ‘Full Frame’. I also tried resizing the image but scaling it down, but this did not fix the display issue. Any ideas how to fix this problem?

Hey there, you’ve posted your question in the forums for sites hosted on WordPress.com.
If you’ve installed jetpack, odds are you need help with a site using the standalone version of the WP software. Help for self-hosted sites using the standalone WP software can be found over at https://wordpress.org/support/
There’s a jetpack support FAQ over here: https://jetpack.com/support/
And a support forum for jetpack issues here: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jetpackIf you don’t have a username on the ORG forums, you’ll need to register one there.
