Tiled image gallery not displaying properly

  Tiled mosaic galleries are working well on most of my site. However, the Ethiopia – A World of its Own post
  shows as as extremely scattered images. These images have been extensively edited and cropped (whereas the others on other posts have not). Is that the issue? If so, what parameters must I use for image size in order to ensure the mosaic works? If not, what might be the issue?

  The images in that post are 320 pixels by 240 pixels. When you use a tiled gallery, it spans the entire width of the content posting area of your theme and it can’t with such small images.

  So, yes, larger images are needed for the tiled gallery. If you have bandwidth restrictions, try making your images 1280 or 1024 or even 800 pixels on the long side (at 72 ppi) and see if that doesn’t solve the problem.

  Alternately, you can opt to not use the tiled gallery.

  Many many thanks….I reuploaded with bigger photos and that solved the problem.
