    HI, I am so very sorry to have to contact you. I am always confused as to the workings of my own website. I recently went to my website, timberlinecreations.net, and it showed a message that it was not working, some sort of privacy error. I then went to bravenet, which I believe holds the domain name, and renewed it. It still does not work, and I’m wondering if I have to upgrade something with wordpress in order to make it happen. I appreciate any insight you can give me. Thanks

    Hi there,

    According to our records you had purchased the WordPress.com Personal Plan Plan and connected the domain timberlinecreations.net under that plan. I do see that you last renewed on Mar 8, 2021 but I do not see that we received a renewal by Mar 8, 2022, so the plan expired due to lack of payment and was removed from your account.

    We have restructured our upgrades in the time since you first purchased the Personal Plan, so that is no longer available. However, you can upgrade to our WordPress.com Pro Plan, and this will allow you to connect your custom domain again.
