Time and Date

Just written a new post but the time and date is showing 1970 01/01 12:00 am. So I wrote another one, after a couple of days, and it shows the same time and date. Can anyone help me out here?

I don’t know if it has anything to do with it or not, but check and make sure that in the “time” control panel that your computer is set to the right date, time and time zone.

The 1970 date thing is a longstanding elusive bug that surfaces from time to time. sulz has outlined to the OP what to do to correct the date but here are more explicit instructions
->Manage -> Posts
locate the post in question and click “edit”
when the post opens for editing look outside the editor box at the far right hand side of the page where you will see a row of blue buttons
the bottom button is “Timestamp” click it and it will open
change the date and click “save”. -

I got an answer from ‘support’ and was told that once I posted it, it should be fine, ie, the right Date and Time. It’s only when I save it that it shows 1970, 01-01, 12:00 am. I’ll try the “Timestamp” the next time this happens to me. Thanks for all your help.
